Wild & Fruitful fruit curds are simply a mix of fresh local free range eggs, fruit, sugar and butter. Because the ingredients are all fresh our curds don’t have a long shelf life, but it doesn’t matter as they will be eaten so quickly! Our lemon curd was a winner of the Great Taste Gold Award in 2002 and its taste is extremely lemony with a soft creamy texture. You can either use fruit curds on toast, in sponge cakes, roulades, with meringues and cream or spooned straight out of the jar.
